Chaos In Palmgrove As Soldiers Are Destroying BRT Buses

According to reports a BRT Bus hit a soldier & was killed and soldiers are presently  destroying BRT windscreen at palmgrove. Please avoid this route to V.I or Maryland. See more photos below
