Nigeria’s fearless human rights lawyer, Bamidele Aturu died today at the age of 49, following a brief illness.According to his bosom friend, Olarenwaju Suraju, the prominent lawyer died in Lagos.Aturu was popular for his criticism of government’s policies, especially where such policies do not meet the expectations of the people.
