There have been issues with some registered voters not being able to collect their Permanent Voters Cards. A Twitter user exposed two Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials for allegedly charging him, and others who wanted to collect their PVC cards for N50.
The incident occurred at the Ogudu GRA Ward 43 in Lagos State. See another photo below
