Ariel Archer of Richmond, Virginia was found by a housekeeper in the kitchen of the actor’s Calabasas, California home on March 21, and refused to leave until police arrived on the scene.
Will, wife Jada and children Jaden and Willow were not home at the time. Archer was charged with one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property according to the complaint, which was obtained by the Los Angeles Times.
