Caitlyn Jenner is thanking the man who helped her become the woman she is today! The 65-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently stopped by the plastic surgery office of Dr. Harrison Lee to personally gift him with a signed copy of her famous Vanity Fair cover.
