A LASTMA official, Prince Shenuga Sunday Segun, lost his life yesterday while trying to assist a motorist in distress on 3rd mainland bridge. He was said to be knocked down by another vehicle while he was trying to help the broken down vehicle on the 3rd mainland bridge to be on a safer side of the bridge and also notify other motorists of the impediment ahead. Information gathered indicated that he was the LASTMA monitor that always gave traffic updates in that axis. May his soul RIP. See another photo of the slain official after the break
