New Telegraph reports Tony Akuneme, media aide to the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Tony Onwuka as saying that directors of the Federal Ministry of Education had arrived at the school since last weekend to investigate the allegations of sexual harassment against Queens’ College teacher, Olaseni Osifala by a parent.
The school management and the PTA have joined forces to investigate the matter. The report also stated that the authorities of the college yesterday invited the police to probe allegation. The school, which reported the matter at the Sabo Police Station, Yaba, sought to know the identity of the accuser. The accused teacher is billed to visit the police station with the school’s principal,Lami Amodu.
Osifala has, however, described the development as the antic of his enemies.
