Friends and family members have shared photos online of loved ones who may have been caught up in the terror attack in Nice in a desperate bid to locate them. A Scottish couple holidaying in the French city, named Carole Annie Cowan and Ross Cowan, are among the missing. Many young children also remain unaccounted for. Authorities say 84 people were killed during the Bastille Day celebrations.
