Last year October we told you that stunning actress Halle Berry had filed for divorce from her 3rd husband Olivier Martinez. The French actor is the father of her second child – Maceo who is 3. After a lot of low key mudslinging between both parties in the press it would appear that love has indeed won, as they have no called off their divorce. According to TMZ,
A clerk in divorce court sent a notice to both Halle and Olivier, saying they’ve been asleep at the wheel and done nothing to make the divorce final. The clerk issued an ultimatum … either do something or the case will be dismissed.
And since they both did nothing….the divorce was dismissed. Sources from both sides say the couple want to stay married and that Halle, who just turned 50 last month, isn’t thrilled with the idea of getting divorces any longer. She allegedly doesn’t think it’s a good image for her and her children.
