Nigerian broadcaster, JUDE IKEGWUONU was involved in a car accident on the 4th of July, 2013, which affected his spinal cord(C5/C6) and has been paralysed on all four limbs(Quadriplegia) till date.
According to recent Doctor’s report, his health is stable and is advised to resume work and other social activities, as these will help him re-integrate into the society, thereby improving him psychologically, even in his paralysed state.
In achieving these, he needs mobility aids such as:
*Stairs-climbing wheelchair
*Mobile Ramps
*Wheelchair Van
These will enable him get back to life fully and have access to most public structures in Nigeria, as well as transport him from one point to another.
Pursuant to these, he needs our support in raising the sum of £30,000 towards acquiring these mobility aids, as he is Not deterred by the limitations of his present predicament and is poised to touching more lifes than ever.
