Despite the directive of the Lagos state governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode banning the activities of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) and that of Vehicle Inspection Officers (VIO) from Lagos roads, it might interest you that the dreaded FRSC are back on Lagos roads.
