401 Nigerian migrants last night and this morning returned to the country from Libya via the Murtala Mohammed Airport Lagos. They were received by the Senior Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Mrs. Abike Dabiri, officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) among others. 144 of the migrants arrived at 7pm last night while 257 of them arrived at 1.40am this morning. Their return comes barely a week after the widespread condemnation of the booming slave trade business in the North African country. See more photos below
