R Kelly has been evicted from two of his Atlanta homes, court documents show. According to local reports, documents filed with the magistrate court of Fulton County last week (February 13) show that the controversial R&B performer has been evicted from two homes he was renting in Johns Creek, a suburb of Atlanta. The addresses listed properties on Old Homestead Trail and Saint Devon Crossing.
The documents also allege that the singer owes SB Property Management Global, LLC more than $31,000 (£22,000) in unpaid rent.
Online records for Fulton County do not show any criminal filings against the star and a spokesperson for the singer says that Kelly has “no comment at this time”.
