Kylie Jenner is close to becoming the youngest ever ‘self-made’ billionaire. But the 21-year-old showed off just what $900million can buy you on Monday when she invited fans on a grand tour of just one of her stunning homes.
Waking up to her huge pool, expansive balcony and bright blue tennis courts, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians businesswoman filmed her ‘good morning’ views on Instagram Stories. Mum-of-one Kylie opened her blinds to 13200-square-foot of 17th century-style architecture in Hidden Hills, California as she spent a day chilling with pal Jordyn Woods.
The home is worth just a fraction of Kylie’s mega wealth at a reported $16 million. Her property portfolio was also extended to a further two properties in 2017, it’s been claimed. In just two years, since Kylie Cosmetics launched with just a $29 (£22) lip kit – a lipstick and lip liner – the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has gone on to sell more than $630 million (£475 million) worth of make up.
Kylie, who gave birth to her daughter Stormi in February, owns 100% of her company. The young mum credits social media for her success, as she told Forbes: ‘Social media is an amazing platform. I have such easy access to my fans and my customers.’
