Roundup: Ujah, Eleke, Odey On Target; Awoniyi Missing; Osimhem Plays As Sub

Nigerian international, Anthony Ujah scored his second league goal of the season for FSV Mainz who came from a goal down to beat Augsburg in a Bundesliga clash on Saturday.

Ujah restored parity for Mainz five minutes after Ji Don Wong gave Augsburg the lead in the 82nd minute.

The game was his second Bundesliga appearance.

In the Swiss Cup on Saturday, Blessing Eleke scored a brace for Luzern who defeated Serverte 5-4 on penalties after extra time scores were levelled at 3-3.

Stephen Odey scored a fourth minute go for FC Zurich who spanked Breitenrain 4-2 to advanced to the next round of the competition.

In Belgium, Uche Agbo watched from the bench as Standard Liege played out a goalless draw with Sporting Charleroi introduced Victor Osimhen into the fray with 25 minutes left to play.

The 19 year old replaced Jeremy Perbet in the 75th minute.

It was Osimhen’ s second substitute appearance since he joined on a season loan deal from Wolfsburg.

Taiwo Awoniyi was not included Anderletch’s squad that lost 1-0 away to KRC Genk.

In the Scottish topflight division, Efe Ambrose played all 90 minutes for Hibernian edged Kilmarnock 3-2. The game was the eight of the season for Ambrose.

Kilmarnock handed Bright Enobakhare a cameo appearance in the defeat. Enobakhare replaced Chris Burke in the 87th minute.
