The police has warned Nigerians against buying used phones following the arrest suspect who was found in possession of an Infinix android phone, snatched from its owner at gun – point in Oshodi area of Lagos.
According to report, the robbers later transferred N92,000:00 from the account of the victim.
The suspect, though an ex – convict, who just regained freedom, said he was not a member of the gang.
The case has been transferred to State CID, Panti.
