According to reports, suspected hoodlums early this morning threw a man onto the rail tracks where a train cut off his limbs.
The sad incident reportedly happened in Kalomo district of Southern Province, Zambia
The man who has been identified as Mubita Sianzuki is reported to have been owing some people some money over maize supplied, but the failure to settle the debt resulted in the criminal act.
It has been revealed that the police are now investigating the matter, to ensure the arrest of the individuals behind the act.
It was also alleged that the victim first had his legs chopped by criminals using an axe and was later thrown on to the rail line to make it look like he was run over by a train.
