By Adeboye Amosu:
Former Nigeria winger, Victor Moses, is in line to make his first Europa League appearance for Chelsea this season in today’s (Wednesday) clash against Hungarian side, Vidi, at the Stamford Bridge, London, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

Moses, who was a regular for Chelsea in the two-year reign of the Blues’ former manager, Antonio Conte, has struggled for regular playing time this term under new boss, Maurizio Sarri.

He has featured twice for the Blues in the English Premier League this season, coming on as a substitute in the opening day 3-0 away win against Huddersfield and last weekend’s 1-1 home draw against Liverpool.

Moses’ only start for the former European champions came in last Wednesday’s 2-1 win against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup.

Sarri is expected to ring changes against Vidi with the likes of talisman Eden Hazard, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger expected to be rested.

Moses, who was on the bench in Chelsea’s last Europa League clash against PAOK FC of Greece, which they won 1-0, is expected to be named among the starters for Chelsea in the game.

The former Crystal Palace star has made six appearances for Chelsea in the Europa League and was part of the Blues side that won the competition in the 2012/2013 season.
