Al Nassr winger, Ahmed Musa, has joined his former Leicester teammates, including compatriots Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho in mourning The Foxes’ late owner, Vichai Srivaddhnaprabha who lost his life, along with four others in a helicopter clash on Saturday, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

Two members of Srivaddhnaprabha’s staff, Nursara Suknamai and Kaveporn Punpar; the Pilot, Eric Swaff, and passenger Izabela Roza Lechowicz (a pilot) also died in the crash.

Srivaddhnaprabha watched Leicester City drew 1-1 at home with West Ham, which happened to be the last football match he witnessed, with Ndidi scoring the last goal he saw before boarding his private helicopter and met his sudden death.

Ndidi and his compatriots were among the Twitter users who promptly paid tribute to the Thailand’s fourth richest man who bankrolled Leicester City with passion.

A Ndidi disconsolate Ndidi tweeted on his Twitter handle: “You were far too kind and supportive. Thank you for all you did for the club, for always encouraging the team and coming all the way to watch me play at the World Cup. Rest on sir #theboss?”
