Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen, has shifted his attention to Sporting Charleroi’s next Belgian Jupiler League clash against St Truiden after his goal feat failed to rescue his side from a 2-1 defeat to KAA Gent on Friday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Osimhen equalized for Sporting Charleroi in the 42nd minute of the encounter with his deflected shot from distance sailing into the net.
Tomas Chakvetadze had put Gent ahead in the 36th minute and grabbed the winning goal two minutes after the break.
Osimhen’s goal against Gent took his tally to six goals from six appearances in all competitions for Sporting Charleroi.

Nigerian duo, Anderson Esiti and Taiwo Awoniyi were on parade for Gent in the game.
Esiti was on from start to finish in the game, while Awoniyi featured for nine minutes.
Osimhen who is on loan at Sporting Charleroi from German side, Wolfsburg will hope his impressive form in the Belgian League will help him challenge for a place in the Super Eagles.
