Report has it that a policeman is currently on the run after allegedly shooting dead a police sergeant in Osun election.
The deceased identified as Owai Owai a.k.a ‘Temple’ was among the police officers deployed to secure Osun governorship election last month was shot by the officer identified as Theophilus with police number 410022.
Owai Owai who is from Adim Baise local government area in Cross River State, reportedly called his family member on that fateful day and promised to return home for visit after the Osun election.
He was killed over little dispute which some say was over N100.
The brother of the deceased is seeking justice from the Nigeria police over the alleged murder.
