Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, there are strengths and weaknesses of every personality.
Although extroversion is viewed as the ideal personality in this age, it has its good side as well as the bad side.
What is being an extrovert really like? We look at some of the pros and cons of being an extrovert:

2. They are sociable
They have an easy time socializing with new friends and networking. For this reason, they are exposed to more opportunities such as better job offers.
3. Risk takers
Extroverts are risk takers which is a great trait for entrepreneurs. They are fearless when it comes to taking up new roles and challenges thus increasing their chances of success in life.
4. Team work
First, extroverts can’t stand being alone. They like being in the company of others, exchanging ideas and working in a group. They are not only more productive in groups but they also bring in energy that keeps the group lively.
5. Happy
Because they freely express themselves, they get relief from stress and tension leaving them happier and healthier. Studies have also shown that people who are more outgoing lead happier lives compared to those who are more subdued.
Cons
1. Clingy
Because they can’t handle being alone, they always want to hang on to someone. And we all know how annoying it is to have a clingy friend or partner who is all over you.

2. Talk too much
We all love that person who breaks boredom and keeps us entertained. However, extroverts sometimes go overboard – they do not know when to stop talking to avoid boring people with too much talk.
3. Struggle being alone
They get sick of being alone and this is sad because extroverts do not know how to be happy on their own. Their happiness mostly depends on the people they are with.
4. Poor listeners
During a debate, they want to be talking from the beginning to the end and hardly give any other person a chance to talk. They just can’t hold their words without interjecting in between a conversation.
5. Saying ‘no’
Extroverts find it hard to say ‘no’ to anyone. They are too kind and selfless and this unfortunately makes them broke.
