Isaac Success has benefitted well from his loan spell away from the club last season according to his Watford manager, Javi Gracia, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Success spent the second half of the 2017/18 season on loan at Malaga where provided only one assist in nine La Liga appearance.
The Nigeria international on his return from the loan spell has scored twice in nine games in all competitions for Watford which earned him a recall to the Super Eagles squad after he was overlooked by Gernot Rohr for over a year.
Gracia admits the 22-year-old Success has regained his sharpness and form which is helping the team.
“Sometimes the players need to spend time on loan and with other clubs to have another experience and realise the chance they have playing for Watford,” Gracia said in his pre-match conference ahead of Watford’s home clash against Bournemouth.
“At this moment, Isaac knows it is a good chance for him. He is working hard, had a good pre-season with a good attitude and is waiting for the minutes to show what he can do.
“He has worked really hard and you can see he is really fit. He is competing very well and is strong against centre-backs.
“I think he is helping us and the most important thing for me is I know he is ready when the team needs him to be.”
Watford are currently placed 6th in the English Premier League table with 13 points from seven games.
