An MBE is an award given by the Queen to an individual for outstanding service to the community or local ‘hands on’ service. The definition of MBE is Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is a British order of chivalry, rewarding contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service outside the Civil service.

Remember that her father is Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja who was the former Governor of Oyo State, Nigeria, his tenure started on May 29, 2003, was impeached in the year 2006, but came back to power to end his tenure in 2007.
