Politicians have started enticing electorates with gifts, food items, cash and other items in a bid to win their votes in the 2019 election.
Some residents in Ekeremor local government area of Bayelsa state, were visibly unhappy while being empowered by a politician and aspirant, Matthew Karimo (Bayelsa West Senatorial District) on Friday (yesterday).
The villagers were empowered with Indomie, Maggi cubes and other ingredients which were given to them to drum support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant.
