Congratulations are in order for Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo and wife, Chioma, who have welcomed their first child, a baby girl.
The Super Eagles defender, who exchanged marital vows with Chioma in 2017, confirmed the arrival of his baby on Tuesday.
“It’s a girl. I’m grateful for this wonderful blessing upon my family and I want to thank God Almighty for making me witness such a great day,” AOIFootball quoted Omeruo as saying.
The Chelsea defender is presently on loan to La Liga side Leganes.
The Omeruos, who got married in 2017 before completing the wedding rites earlier this year in Turkey, have thus joined the ever-growing list of current Eagles stars who have welcomed little additions to their families – William Troost-Ekong, Moses Simon and Ogenyi Onazi.
