The victim allegedly accusing Kevin Spacey of indecent assault and battery may have filmed the incident, according to reports. The former House of Cards actor is expected to be formally charged on 7 January in relation to an alleged incident involving the son of WCVB-TV news anchor Heather Unruh in July 2016. AFP claim to have obtained court filings from the case, which reportedly state that the victim, aged 18 at the time, filmed part of the incident and sent them to his girlfriend via Snapchat. The young man is said to have worked at the bar in Nantucket, Massachusetts where the incident allegedly took place.
Spacey, 59, is said to have bought Unruh’s son alcohol at the bar before groping him. The victim was 18 at the time and the drinking age in Massachusetts is 21.
