The #SPICEHonors Awards was brimming with great looks. From ball gowns to holiday-inspired outfits, the guests of the night meant business. And we couldn’t help but notice majority did it in Nigerian designers.
Nigerian designers have had a great year. They released stunning collections and killed their showcases at Lagos Fashion Week 2018. And to prove that their pieces met an eager audience, they were all over the SPICE Lifestyle Honors Awards. Fashionistas like Eku Edewor, Kessiana Edewor-Thorley, Zina Anumudu and more all showed up repping Naija, and we have all the details.
Take a look at who wore what:
Eku Edewor
This fab TV presenter and model showed up in a stunning Ready-to-Wear piece from CLAN. Her version features metallic layered fringe details but looks just as fab!
Kessiana Edewor-Thorley
Eku’s equally fashionable twin sister showed up in the Boule dress from Tsemaye Binitie. She looked so stunning in the guipure lace. We secretly love her version more.
Valerie Ike
SPICE TV presenter Valerie teamed up with Trish O. Couture for this statement dress. The piece is from their Royalty collection and will definitely get you noticed.
Mimi Onalaja
This fashion girl brought the holiday fever to the black carpet. Mimi showed up in this shimmery set from Adey Soile and we are just smitten.
Ini Dima-Okojie
You know what they say about friends who slay together. Mimi’s bestie, Ini attended the awards in this Dutchess set from Spazio Label. She looked clean, chic and pretty!
Zina Anumudu
Leave it to Zina to make a statement. The style star grabbed this Sisiano dress right off the LFW2018 runway. She boldly paired it with red rockstud Valentino heels to show you that games are not being played.
Eki Ogunbor
Let’s round this off with this stunning look on Eki Ogunbor. The blogger & plus-size model chose DNA by Iconic Invanity for her black carpet look and definitely stood out. We love her version in blue and adore how she lit up the carpet.
So sound off fashion lovers – who do you think repped Naija the best?
