Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend has admitted she would love to become the football star’s wife but quashed rumours they are already engaged.
Georgina Rodriguez, 25, told glossy Spanish magazine Hola! the Juventus forward had yet to ask for her hand in marriage.
But she admitted: “Every couple wants to get married and I would love to personally.
“Right how we have priorities and a lot of responsibilities, although in the future it would be marvellous to become Cristiano’s wife.”
The pretty brunette also spoke movingly about the recent death of her sick dad – and how the five-times Ballon d’Or winner was comforting her in her hour of need.
Revealing Cristiano’s support as she grieved her terrible loss – she added: “My partner is always by my side. I have his support every day.
Referring to Cristiano’s other three children who she is helping to raise – twins Eva and Mateo who are two in June and eight-year-old Cristiano Jr, she added: “He is helping me a lot in these moments of sadness and I’m trying to be strong for the children and for him.
“They are the happiness of my life.”
She also said her dad admired Cristiano, who turned 34 on Tuesday, as a footballer and was excited about them being together.
