A man who pleasured himself into a colleague’s sandwich before letting her eat it has been told he cannot appeal against his conviction.
Anthony Maneval, who worked at a now-closed Bon Ton department store, was found guilty of performing a sex act with the woman’s lunch.
The 36-year-old wanted to appeal his conviction but failed to convince a state appeals court panel he was unjustly convicted of indecent assault.
PennLive reports Judge Mary Murray upheld Anthony Maneval’s convictions for the August 2016 incident at the Superior Court .
Maneval, of Pennsylvania, in the US, was sentenced by county Judge Michael Sholley to three to 12 months in prison, plus four years of probation.
That act was said to have been caught on the store’s internal camera system that was covering a stock room.
PennLive reports the store’s human resources manager confirmed a film showed Maneval performing a sex act while holding the unwrapped sandwich and a pair of pink women’s shorts.
Images then showed Maneval press the sandwich against his body before rewrapping it, the HR official testified.
Soon afterward, the other employee ate the sandwich, Murray noted.
The colleague testified during Maneval’s trial that she did not know what Maneval had done to it.
When police quizzed him, he admitted to performing a sex act at work.
