A perverted school teacher who he thought was speaking to a 13-year-old girl told her he wanted to watch her undress, saying she would look “amazing naked” in a series of sick messages.
Lee Gallagher, from Halewood, in Merseyside was teaching in Spain when started sending obscene pictures and messages on Facebook to a teenager girl called Jessie.
But Gallagher, who had created a Facebook account in the name of a fictional Steve Jones, did not know that he was communicating with a fake profile set up by online vigilante group Dark Justice.
A selfie, obtained by the Liverpool Echo, shows the teacher standing in what appears to be a school classroom, grinning into the camera.
A white board behind him has the words ‘Hi Jessie’ written on it, along with a love heart.
Dark Justice later tipped off the National Crime Agency, and Gallagher was arrested when he flew into Manchester Airport last May.
The Liverpool Echo has now revealed how Gallagher used his role as a teacher to try and groom Jessie.
In the messages, Gallagher makes a direct reference to Jessie’s age, telling her that he also didn’t like school when he was younger.
He then asks her if she’s in a relationship before telling her he wants to watch her put on her school uniform, admitting it will be “sensual”.
When Jessie says she would be nervous undressing in front of a man, he tells her: “Nothing to be nervous about babe you’re beautiful and will look amazing naked.”
Gallagher, who was handed a suspended sentence, concealed his face when he left Liverpool Crown Court.
He was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and sign the sex offenders register. He must also comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and ordered to pay costs.
