Coleen Rooney has warned Wayne to cut down on his drinking or their marriage is over, according to reports.
The couple, who have been married for ten years and share four children together, are said to be at breaking point over Wayne’s latest boozy antics.
Over Superbowl weekend, the DC United footballer was said to have been partying with a blonde barmaid until 2:30am and then further annoyed wife Coleen by his ‘total lack of remorse.’
Sources close to the pair have claimed that Coleen has laid down the law her hubby and ordered Wayne to curb his drinking for good.
A friend told The Sun: “Coleen and her family have made it clear that unless Wayne gets help for his out-of-control drinking, the marriage will be over.”
Adding that things felt ‘different this time,’ the source claimed Wayne was “refusing to apologise and is defiant he’s done nothing wrong.”
“He kept saying that if he worked as a baker at Greggs or was the local postman, no one would even be asking questions about what he’d done. He doesn’t even seem to care,” they said.
Coleen and Wayne packed up their entire family and moved them out to Washington, DC last year.

His wife and children were at home 900 miles away as Wayne was seen drinking at 4.20pm and partying on until the early hours.
It comes just 18 months after Wayne nearly broke their marriage for good when he was caught drink-driving the car of a woman he picked up in a club.
He and Laura Simpson had spent the evening together drinking and chatting before leaving in her Beetle.
