A serving member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has taken to social media to reveal his shock after sighting a young boy with a voter’s card during the elections yesterday.
The NYSC-Presiding Officer identified as Rotimi A. Segun, revealed that he tried to chase the boy away from the polling unit but was later told that the underage voter really owned a PVC.
Below is what Rotimi shared on Facebook.
As the presiding officer, I was about sending this boy away from the polling unit, when my APO 1 revealed to me the boy genuinely owns a PVC, I collected the card reader to confirm, lo and behold the PVC was truly his!!
How on earth did INEC issued this PVC to this boy❓
