A schoolteacher is facing five years in jail for having sex in a car park with a 16-year-old student. The social studies teacher pleaded guilty when she appeared before a judge in the US state of Ohio.
Local paper the Journal-News reports that the former Franklin High School teacher Madalyn Arnett admitted a sex charge involving a teenage student.
She now faces up to five years in prison.
The 26-year-old mother-of-two was arrested at her West Carrollton home in March last year and charged with sexual battery.

She was indicted by a Warren County grand jury a few weeks later.
She has since appeared in court to plead guilty to a third-degree felony that involved a boy who was aged 16 at the time.
The age of sexual consent in Ohio is 16, but it remains illegal if someone has some sort of authority over the other, in this instance a teacher over a student.
Arnett admitted to sexting with a student when confronted by school officials, according to court records.
However, that was just the tip of their relationship, prosecutors said.
