Arsenal will play a friendly in Dubai as part of a five-day training camp in March as Unai Emery looks to keep his squad in pristine condition in the battle for a top-four finish.
His side will meet Al-Nasr Dubai on March 26, during the upcoming international break so Emery will have a limited squad at his disposal.
Meanwhile, Alex Iwobi is set to miss out on Arsenal’s trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as he will be on national team duty with the Super Eagles, while his club mates head for a warm weather camp.
Iwobi will not be able to make the trip with Arsenal, who will play a game on March 26, as he has a match with Nigeria against Egypt on same day.
Iwobi has already been included in a 23-player list of invitees issued last week by Eagles’ gaffer, Gernot Rohr, for a friendly with Egypt at Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba on March 26 and the last match of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Seychelles four days earlier.
Arsenal currently sit in the fourth and final UEFA Champions League qualifying spot and have eight Premier League games left to play, which Iwobi will hope to be part of when he returns from international duty.
