Police operatives have arrested two suspects who allegedly murdered a victim and took his head in the process.
The arrested suspects who were nabbed over the murder which happened in Kisoro town in Uganda – have been identified as Hashakimana Fred, aged 17, and Ndayisaba Denis, aged 18.
Meanwhile, the head of the 59-year-old victim identified as Serwumwe Jack, was discovered yesterday in a cassava plantation.
It’s alleged that the deceased was seen taking alcohol in a bar on 09/04/2019 between 6pm hours up to around 9:00pm when he left the bar.
On Wednesday 10/04/2019 at around 07:30 am, his headless body was seen laying by the road side near his home.
