Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) Prof. Itse Sagay, has told Nigerians to stop accusing President Muhammadu Buhari of disobeying court orders.
The PACAC Chairman who addressed reporters after a round table discussion on a proposed bill on the Jury Service Act on Thursday November 21, alleged that some judgements passed in Nigerian courts came from corrupt judges who will ignore the evidence brought before them over their relationship with the person under trial.
Sagay also stated that most Nigerians pass negative comments whenever the court order for the accused to be released is not obeyed.
“In the case of Sowore, I think somebody should go and interview the DSS and find out why, instead of jumping to conclusions which are usually negative conclusions,” he said.
