The Oscar-winning actor is currently in Australia filming an upcoming Elvis Presley biopic. Writing on social media, the 63-year-old said he felt like he had a cold, while Rita was suffering from chills.

The actor’s announcement came as Donald Trump banned flights from most of Europe from entering the US for 30 days due to the coronavirus. However, Ireland was not included in a list of affected countries released by the Trump administration.
In the Republic, 43 cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed – after nine more were confirmed yesterday evening. The first death in Ireland from the virus was also confirmed yesterday.
The woman died in a hospital in the east of the country. She was elderly and was suffering from an underlying medical condition.
