Luis Suarez has told Barcelona they would have to pay £12million (€14million) in order to cancel his contract, Goal reports.
The Uruguay striker has been informed by new manager, Ronald Koeman, that he is not in his plans.
However, Suarez is not ready to just walk away and wants a significant pay-off.
The 33-year-old is into the final year of his current deal at the Camp Nou and earns around £400,000-a-week.

The player wants the LaLiga giants to pay him the full worth of what is left on the deal before he leaves.
Suarez scored 21 goals in 36 games for Barcelona last season.
With Messi and Suarez living Barcelona, I wonder when the newly signed manager Koeman will start winning matches. Anyways, there are still players who can perform like Suarez but not like Messi at least, presently.
