The mother of Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has passed away. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and Ogu confirmed the sad news on his page.
Though he didn’t state what happened, his mother’s death was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on their verified Twitter handle on Monday January 25.
The NFF wrote: “Our thoughts and prayers are with @NGSuperEagles midfielder @ogujohnugo following the passing of his Mom. May her gentle soul rest In peace.”
