Tim Brown, who bought the six-bedroom home dubbed the Englander house for $2.6million in 2013, has been laying plans for the move for nearly eight years,
After 139 years at 807 Franklin Street in San Francisco, the two-story Victorian house has a new address.The house was built in 1882, was moved to a new location to make room for a condominium development.
According to the consultant overseeing the project, the move cost approximately $400,000 and involved removing street lights, parking meters, and utility lines.
