The Super Eagles of Nigeria retained the 34th spot in the FIFA world rankings published yesterday.
According to the latest ranking, the three-time AFCON champions also maintained their fifth position on the continent.
The victories over Liberia and Cape Verde in the World Cup qualification games helped the Super Eagles to accrue 1,492 points to remain among the top 35 teams in the world.
