Helen Paul, the Nigerian comedienne and actress, says she hid her pain from fans and friends after she was involved in an accident.
The 43-year-old comedienne took to her Instagram page yesterday to share photos of the injury she sustained to her head after the car crash in Abuja.
She said she would often use dark sun shades to conceal her black eye but many people assumed it was a show of pride.
