Burna Boy meets UN deputy secretary-general, Amina Mohammed, ahead of New York concert
Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, has met with Amina Mohammed, the deputy secretary-general at the United Nations.
Mohammed took to her Twitter page this morning to share a picture of them both at the UN headquarters in New York.
She, however, did not disclose the nature of the meeting with the Afrobeats singer.
In the caption of the tweet, Mohammed described the Afrofusion star as being among the creatives who continue to “inspire young people around the world.”
