Police hand over Osinachi’s case to attorney-general after autopsy
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) police command says it has transferred the case of Osinachi Nwachukwu, the late gospel singer, to the office of the attorney-general of the federation.
The attorney-general, as the chief law officer, is responsible for advising the government on legal matters and representing it in litigation.
It is also believed that Osinachi’s autopsy report had been released as police sought legal advice on the matter.
Josephine Adeh, FCT police PRO, refused to comment further on this but confirmed the transfer today.
