Actress Onyii Alex calls out NDLEA for humiliating her and threatens to expose them
Nollywood actress, Onyii Alex has called out National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for allegedly invading her house without a warrant.
The actress told them to explain why they subjected her to such a form of humiliation.
Onyii Alex threatened to expose them by uploading a video of them raiding her house.
“@ndlea_nigeria kindly come and explain why your people will burst into my house with no warrant?? Before I will put the videos out”.
Tsbnews recalls NDLEA, had expressed displeasure at the misuse of its uniform by skit makers and celebrities from various fields for making videos.
NDLEA issued a disclaimer over a video of some persons who wore the red jackets commonly worn by its operatives while operating in a minibus.
In a statement, the agency said it “has so far established, following series of public enquiries, that the video with screenshot pictures attached to this statement is a skit and not a video of officers of the Agency on duty. The skit maker has also been confirmed to be one Mathew C Eze who lives in the Lekki area of Lagos.
“The confusion this video has created in the minds of members of the public underscores the need for some social media content producers to show restraint, responsibility and decorum in how they misuse paraphernalia of law enforcement officers to avoid misconceptions and insinuations.
