Bill Cosby found guilty of sexually assaulting 16-year-old girl

A California jury has ruled against Bill Cosby in a civil trial brought by a woman who claimed he sexually assaulted her more than four decades ago when she was 16.

Judy Huth testified that the embattled American actor and comedian molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1975.

In the lawsuit filed in December 2014, Huth claimed the 84-year-old — who was 37 at that time — had forced her to perform a sex act on him at the venue.

She alleged that Cosby invited her to a bedroom, and kissed and groped her without consent. She claimed he grabbed her hand and forced it onto his erect p3nis.

“He jacked himself off with my hand,” Huth said. “Definitely forcefully. It was not what I wanted, at all. I had my eyes closed at that time. I was freaking out.”

Cosby, who did not appear in person at the trial, through his lawyers, denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.

The jury, comprised of eight women and four men, delivered the verdict in favor of Huth, who is now 64.

It also found that Cosby is liable for damages and awarded Huth $500,000 in damages. No punitive compensation was awarded.

The ace comedian walked free from prison last year after his sexual assault conviction was thrown out.

Four years ago, the comic actor was convicted of drugging and molesting Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, at his home in 2004 and sentenced to three to 10 years in prison.

The conviction, however, was overturned by a supreme court after which he was released from prison after serving nearly three years.
