Omokri tells Christians what to do as terrorists kill worshippers in Kaduna
A former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has told Christians what to do after terrorists killed worshippers in the Maranatha Baptist Church and the St. Moses Catholic Church, both in the Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Omokri called on churches across the nation to arm themselves with the right weapons in self-defence following a series of attacks by terrorists.
The Kaduna State Commissioner, Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, confirmed the attack on two churches in Rubu village under Kajuru local government.
According to Aruwan, the bandits killed three worshippers and kidnapped several locals during the attack.
The attack is happening barely 48 hours after victims of St. Francis Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo State, who terrorists massacred, were given a mass funeral.
In reaction to the concurrent attacks on Christian worshippers, Omokri tweeted, “I strongly condemn the killing of worshippers at the St Moses Catholic Church, Robuh, Kaduna.
“This renewed assault on Christians, and especially the Catholic Church must not stand. Churches must arm themselves in self defence, because the FG either will not or cannot defend them.”
