Nigerian actress, Lilian Afegbai has lamented on social media after recalling how she wasted over N400,000 while trying to reduce the cost living.
She took to her social media page to lament.
According to the actress, she tried to save money by sending her house-help to buy food stuffs at mile 12 market.
Sadly, the maid lost the money to thieves.
Not deterred, she sent another 100 thousand naira to the househelp of her friend to buy the foodstuffs.
When she got to her friend’s house to get the food items, she ended up breaking the headlight of her car which will cost her a fortune to replace.
To worsen things, when they brought the foodstuff, she found out that it was only tomatoes and pepper.
She lamented that her house is now smelly because of the tomatoes and pepper. Added to that, she has to now repair her car light that broke.
