The afrobeat singer, mentioned that in early 2021, he released his debut EP, which was relatively successful but cost him a lot of money, leaving him in a difficult financial situation making him beg for food from friends, while he could not afford a table water as well.
On top of that, his girlfriend ended their relationship and his best friend of 15 years abruptly cut ties with him.
He told the magazine: “It was a moment of being alone with myself, I have a vlog where I’d record myself and my thoughts every day. Two months ago, I checked that vlog and I saw myself, and it was just cr@zy because I had [a] beard.
I didn’t have enough money to buy bottled water; I would have friends send me food, lost everything except the roof over my head.”
The 28-years-old artiste had acquired a new house and car.
Taking to Instagram to share the good news, he shared photos of him in his house, with his car.
“New Crib, New Whip, No 1 Ep. This Pheelz Good”, he wrote.
